A Thermal Imaging Inspection uses advanced infrared technology to detect temperature differences that are invisible to the naked eye. This powerful tool allows us to identify potential issues early, often before they become costly repairs.
During this inspection, a thermal camera is used to scan key areas of the home, helping to reveal:
Hidden moisture or water intrusion
Insulation gaps and energy loss
Electrical hotspots or overloaded circuits
HVAC performance issues
Roofing or plumbing leaks not visible during a standard inspection
Thermal imaging is non-invasive, meaning we don’t have to cut into walls or ceilings to detect many problems. When used alongside a standard home inspection, it provides a deeper level of insight into the home’s condition, giving you more confidence in your investment.
As a benefit to my clients I will always include this service for Standard Home Inspections, however, this inspection can be performed on its own if an issue is ever suspected.
